I provide modern psychotherapy for teens and adults.  I help you develop compassion for yourself and your pain, and align your life with your values.

I primarily work with a type of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which uses mindfulness, values and acceptance to create lasting change.

I bring to counseling experience as a parent, partner, mindfulness practitioner and possibly most importantly a sense of humor.

Things that are important to me as a person and interest areas:

  • Social Justice, Anti-Racism and being my best LGBTQ+ ally

  • Personal values that are key for me:  compassion, courage, peace, adventure, laughter, love and connection.

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Heart rate variability biofeedback & resonance breathing

  • Education and the empowerment it can bring
